We offer the positioning function including the positioning tables, motion controllers and trajectory algorithms to optimize the process and the inspection related to the photonics process. In fact Aerotech is the only company integrating all the skills to optimize the performance of a positioning system: servomotors - direct drive - air bearings - mechanical construction - Controllers - proprietary regulation algorithms. For this reason, the most demanding applications in terms of accuracy, motion resolution or reliability use AEROTECH systems. Our systems are fully configured, measured at the customer's point of interest in the user conditions before delivery, which allows the user to focus on his process, he knows that the accuracy has been checked. Our range includes more than 40 families of linear tables, more than 20 families in rotary tables, hexapods, positioning gantries, piezoelectric tables ..... All these solutions can be controlled by the same family of controllers and therefore be combined to constitute a custom multi-axis system with a single controller software. We are at your disposal for any need for alignment of fibers or photoelectronic components, for optical surface inspection or other very precise positioning needs.
