Description of activity

Imaging and cytometry platform (PFIC) of Gustave Roussy develops the transfer of photonic imaging for clinical applications in R&D division since 2008. Division is focused on the development of photonic tools in collaborations with surgeons and pathologists to support in ex vivo and in vivo clinical programs tumor limits control, lymph nodes identification and flap perfusion.

Participation Objectives

Description

PFIC works on photonic imaging for various clinical applications in operating room and pathology department. We are familiar with optical tools assessed in pre- and clinical studies (fluorescence macroscopy, pCLE, OCT,..) and microscopy devoted for fundamental research (spinning disk, multiphoton microscopy…) leading to a solid experience. We aim to develop relationships with new partners to evaluate new imaging tools for clinical cancer.
